The national transport planning processes in Norway and Sweden have been designed with several common features in respect of content, planning process and planning methods. This report seeks to identify those differences in planning processes and planning systems that nevertheless exist and aims at analysing how such differences have influenced the process and the output. The report is based on two previous reports on the national planning processes in Sweden and in Norway.
